Returns & Refunds

To obtain your full refund, you must return all bottles (empty, full or partially full, including any "bonus" or "free" bottles) back to our fulfillment center within sixty (60) days of your original order date. Include a written note with:

Your Order ID (found in your receipt)
Your full name and address where shipment was received
Your email address and phone number
Your original packaging slip (if available)

You have 60 days from date of order to fully explore the benefits that Memo Matrix can bring you. However if at any point during this time you wish to return your order, you can do so for a no questions asked refund.

Before requesting a refund, please ensure you've given Memo Matrix enough time to work for you. We advise all customers to use Memo Matrix for at least 2 months in order to fully experience the best results. If you still wish to refund, please see below instructions.

Step 1 - Check you are within refund period

You have a whole 60 days from date of order to request a refund. After this period is up you cannot request a refund.

Step 2- Return all bottles to us

In order to obtain a full refund for an order you must return all bottles of the order you wish to be refunded, be they empty, full or partially full back to our fulfilment center within 180 days since the order date.

You must include the original packing slip with your return, if you don't have it include details regarding your order, including (1) Your Order ID (found in your order receipt), (2) Your Full Name, (3) Your Full Address where the shipment was received, (4) Your Email Address and (5) your Phone Number so that a member of our fulfilment center staff can clearly read and process your return.

Step 3 - wait for processing refund

Once our fulfilment center has received your order and processed the information, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 5-10 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
